Due to the large number of submissions we receive, MY RECORD LABEL has created a Prequalification Questionnaire. All questions must be answered truthfully and accurately so that our A&R Department can evaluate the potential of your marketability. My Record Label is seeking independent artists who are actively pursing their music career. If you're an independent artist playing in clubs, coffee houses, or doing whatever you can to market your music, MY RECORD LABEL is interested in you! -
